Springsteen: His Hometown

Monmouth County Historical Association, Freehold

A historical exhibit that will provide a comprehensive look of how Monmouth County has been thematically woven into Bruce Springsteen’s music and art throughout his career. “Springsteen: His Hometown” will display more than 150 unique items featuring selections from both the Monmouth County Historical Association and The Bruce Springsteen Archives and Center for American Music at Monmouth University. This indoor, self-guided walk-through haunted house maze – which is designed, built, and operated by more than 100 Brookdale students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community members – features themed mazes, pitch black zones, and special effects, all contained within the walls of the Performing Arts Center.
